It lets you tackle campaign rollouts, full sets of marketing materials, or get through a creative backlog with priority studio time.

Not suitable for:

Not at all. Our standard hourly rate is there for one-off jobs, urgent projects, or ad-hoc requests. The retainer just gives you stability and better value if you know you’ll need regular support.

Mostly yes. Hours can be used for design, artwork, branded collateral, website updates, digital assets, and presentations. Larger projects like full rebrands or website builds may need a bespoke scope or to be spread across several months.

Retainer clients are always prioritised. You’ll jump the queue for turnaround, and we’ll agree realistic timelines together so you’re never left waiting.

We’ll always let you know. If you’re close to, or go over, your included hours. You can either top-up at our standard hourly rate, or upgrade your package. Upgrading resets on a new minimum three-month term, giving you more breathing space for future projects. After 3 months you will be able to downgrade again.
